I’m sorry- I really don’t give a damn about the czars. It’s the legislative branch that concerns me. They’re the ones who spend the money, not any “czar”. But that’s just me.

Czars are essentially presidential advisers. They cannot create law, they can only advise. Also, I’ve noticed that a lot of cabinet people are being mis-identified as czars.
