Just got done with a Facebook chat with a buddy in Crested Butte, CO. The snow is up to their deck *on the second floor.* Back door is completely snowed in, front door is a tunnel that took over an hour to clear *with a gas powered snowblower.* A couple of neighbors have broken windows from snow caving in. Stop signs are buried. Plows can’t keep up.

More snow is on the way.

Yeah, but is it heavy snow or powder? Ski bums need to know!
