re: #320 MJ Hey MJ - Japan would have to amend it’s consitution to develop nukes, iirc. I think that if they did so, that would have almost as much of a deterrent effect on NORK as actually having Nukes (which, I’d wager, the Japanese would have in oh, maybe 4 months of getting the green light to go ahead and develop them) AND delivery systems too.
