It’s possible he was. But then again, maybe not; personally, I’d want to see irrefutable evidence explicitly naming Hiss as a Soviet agent. But yes, the possibility of that outcome is distinct.

I take a very objective view of politics. For me, it’s not so much a life-or-death matter. It’s the great game. I would be considered roughly centrist, with left tendencies on some matters, and right tendencies on others.
