‘Have you tried hanging upside down?’

I have done a few headstands. Nothing happened.

My latest thing is to try walking without any up and down movement. Makes me feel like I’m walking like Groucho Marx, but it makes my brain slosh around less.

I think the hanging upside down thing is about suspending yourself to elongate the spine. I have no idea what it’s supposed to do for the brain-pan.

Any chance you could record the sound of the slosh & post it?
