Sort of got it off of a Radio show I watch on Mondays called Radio Dead Air. He sometimes uses insults that are off the cuff, and combine words such as “cock” with other things.

My little self-made example was kind of meant to say that TSA are a bunch of dicks, and of unusual magnitude.
