For you anti-AA people: how do you combat ‘legacy programs’ at colleges that favor past alumni’s kids, etc? There was a great deal of institutionalized AA for White people not so long ago, in the form of nepotism.

A couple of weeks ago I was turned down for a job that I was totally qualified for, the lame excuse was that I “lacked HTML skills” WTF I’ve been coding HTML since 1997!

The real reason I was turned down was because of another skill that I lack: the ability to pee standing up.

Why is it that front-end developers think they are such hot shit and FE developers get paid like $20-$30K LESS than back-end developers?

The weirdness is that recruiters are STILL CALLING ME for that same job.
