Regarding the comment by the US Embassy in Cairo

I am a little tired of the assumption that religious beliefs are so fragile that just about any idiot with a cell phone camera and access to YouTube can hurt them. Free speech means that one IS FREE to be critical, make fun of, satirize, or even miss-inform about any religion. This is not abuse of free speech and this has repeatedly be upheld by our courts. I don’t feel the US State Dept should be balance free speech on a teeter-totter against bruising someone’s religious beliefs.

And I am tired of the assumption that “firmly rejecting” what someone communicates when they use their free speech constitutes some kind of infringement of that speech.
