Dios mio, that is a gringo taco but I wouldn’t worry about being the only gringo. I went to a South American restaurant and got a Bolivian dish and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly.

Oh, I never worry about being the only gringo. It’s when there are gringos working behind the counter that I worry.
