He had zero grounds to prevent a hearing on Merrick Garland. He had zero grounds to block hearings on Obama’s judicial appointees in Obama’s last year. That didn’t stop him.

McConnell is lawless, just like the rest of his party.

We don’t need to slip into deranged paranoia territory. Blocking hearings is not the same thing as refusing to seat a duly appointed US Senator.
