That was not the proposal that concerned me. I am all for education and family planning. It was governments encouraging people not to have children via tax credits, especially targeting “third world” or developing populations.

You keep saying that, but you don’t explain why those that need population policies most should not be “targeted”.

Presumably, since you don’t reply to questions, you would also be against targeting those most in need of food assistance with food (because they can no longer feed a growing population)?
