I haven’t heard the broadcasts, but I’m sure he’s well short of doing anything that should or would be a violation of statute.

But when he puts on certain windbags, he’s not doing anybody any favors.

And Randall Terry must come pretty close to the top of that list.

It will be interesting to see what develops over the next few days and weeks about this. Ultimately, it’s the guy that did the act that will be brought to justice. Hannity may or may not have inspired this guy, either way that is almost impossible to prove in court. Sounds like this guy is mentally ill….a normal guy does not walk up and shoot someone like that. Or, he’s just a hate-filled POS. I hope he gets the full measure of punishment from the court no matter what.
