Heh. Yeah. Oh man, the other day I was at the gym at my wife’s med school, and they had a heavy bad and I gave it a shin-kick, not even that hard, but it was a wicked old bag and all the filling had settled at the bottom so it was like kicking something twice the density of what it should have been. Ow.

I haven’t been in an actual fight in about fifteen years, because they’re almost all unnecessary. You can avoid almost any fight. Almost. Zimmerman sure could have avoided this one.

I have two heavy bags outside on a stand that I stupidly left outside two winters ago and they absorbed a pile of water. The harder I punch, the harder the bags feel.

I threw the bigger one out. It was too painful to kick, let alone punch.
