Someone posted a Daily Mail story above, so i wanted to link to this other DM story. It’s a very good chronology of what happened when with the Duggars:

In just the past 10 years, the Duggars have gone from being a large, unknown family living in Arkansas to the stars of one of America’s longest running, and most loved, reality TV shows.

It all began when producers happened upon a photo of Jim Bob Duggar and his wife, Michelle, heading out to vote in his unsuccessful 2002 run for a seat in the United States Senate.

In the image, the couple beam as they are trailed by their children - at the time, 13 of them - who are perfectly lined up and all wearing matching red outfits. At the back is their eldest son, Josh.

The family would soon be profiled in a magazine, and then offered their first one-episode show.

And even though it’s the Daily Mail, the article is good. It gives the reader a full look at what was happening when, from 2002 to now.
