Yeppers, Charloot! What else do you call a city that has the county it’s in charge a sales tax on, among other things…………..a sales tax?!
And let’s not even talk about the penny a mile vehicle tax!

That is bizarre. I don’t think such a think is heard of here in the peoples republic of Maryland. (Lets not give them any ideas, ok? *wink*)
