The way I see it is I can offer an opinion about what people say, because we do all get to offer our opinions here.

Other people are allowed to respond to that opinion, because that’s what we do here.

The only person whose opinion is actually relevant to what cannot be on this website is Charles’s.

At this point, if he’d like to weigh in on what he wants, that’d be swell, because otherwise people are just going to keep going in circles on this.

I’d also like to note that I haven’t expressed an opinion on the speech that started this one way or another; I merely commented that I don’t consider making all my decisions based on how RWNJs/insane people are going to react to them a wise way to go through life. In case that needs clarifying.

And that’s all fine and good; however, sometimes, people get carried away and say shit online that’s they would probably never say IRL in polite company and I’m no exception to this. A lot of us here give the RWNJs plenty of shit for the tendency to be trigger-happy and violence-prone, especially in the online pronouncements of the 101st Chairborne; I’m just saying, to a point, we should be better than that and better than them.
