Perhaps it’s because I have a very good credit score, but during this ‘“crisis” I had no truoble getting approved for both a second home (actually 3rd) mortgage as well as a new car loan
Mortgage is for an investment property I’m going to do a minor re-hab on, then i’ll rent/ lease it (already have 3 families with interest). I had 3 banks calling on an almost daily basis sweetening their offers.
The new car is thru a work credit/ union. Again, no hassel. As a matter of fact all was done over the phone/ fax
