re: #33 The Ghost of a Flea

I’m not even cooking for dinner. It’s just time killing plus a vow to use up all the stuff I bought “because it’s a good deal” and stuck in the freezer. So it’s all getting turned into easy-to-defrost precooked food.

Actual dinner is…pancakes. And eggs. Because those are also things that need to be used up. And I might splurge and cook bacon.

I have bacon to do for a broccoli salad, probably on Monday at this point. That’s mild enough cooking to do after a half. That and the olive gruyere sandwiches should be tasty.

I did lasagna roll-ups last week with the homemade Italian sausage (well, it’s my spice blend anyway) and there are some of those thawing for tomorrow’s dinner with a lemon kale Caesar.
