Meanwhile, people who are portraying this as Obama choosing to make our air less healthy are showing their ignorance. This is Obama doing th right thing by trying to fix it, and failing in the face of opposition that can’t be overcome — not Obama just wantonly throwing it away. The bad guys are, as always, the GOP and big business, not President Obama.
