Yep just saw the bit about the DB whistlelblower revealing he got his loan from a Russian state owned bank. Goddamn it.

He got his loan from DeutscheBank - but VTB bank underwrote the loan. By the way, the main shareholder of VTB is…..the Russian government (60.9% stake).
