My first year of college was in Knoxville. One afternoon they got almost 8” of snow. I hit the main d[bigoted word]ed to the store and some people were driving 10 mph and others were going 100 (mild exaggeration). I turned around and went back before some a-hole killed me.

Exactly. That happens here too. There will be those that are driving way too slow and there will always be those that do the opposite and drive way to fast. Some of those faster nuts will actually drive faster when it’s snowing then when it’s warm and dry. It’s some crazed psychological reaction.
