What kills me is the nonsense that these people constantly spew about “job creators”. It never dawns on them that the real job creators are the consumers. You can come up an amazing idea, and sell it with the slickest VC pitch to get millions in backing, but if nobody buys what you’re selling it’s pointless.

I had to explain this to a bunch of RWNJ cretins the other day. Doesn’t matter how much money someone invests in a business or how many initial hires they make. Without consumers who earn a living wage and who can afford to buy their products, it’s all moot.
