Nothing about the stop was legit according to the DA. It was a BS stop, and it led to murder.

The shooting - and Sam Dubose’s instant death due to being shot in the head at near point blank range - led to the cop being dragged for a distance. Sam Dubose did nothing wrong during that stop.

The cop lied at every step of the way, and the video shows that Dubose complied.

It’s murder.
