You know, I read alot about the series, trying to escape that nagging sensation that I was being taken for a ride by the writers…and indeed, I read things similar to the essay you posted…so in fact I do know.

Doesn’t change the fact that, having watched the entire thing, it still feels to me like everything after season 2 was rushed/cobbled together.

I can’t change the way you feel.

I “found” the show 3 years ago, had to catch up on the whole meme, but I’m certainly a fan, not fanatic, but certainly someone who follows the show much closer than a couch potato, and unless someone has manufactured a six year hoax, most of the “insider” information I have read and seen discussed back up the claim that this show was well conceived and planned from the beginning, unlike many episodic evening TV that rambles on and on until canceled, and then the writers have to come up with hopefully a plausible wrap up to the story.
