Heavily Republican area but Warner probably won it in 2008. Have no idea why Gillespie’s doing so well. If he were some outsider, I’d understand a little more but the guy is the ultimate GOP establishment hack.

The heavy Democratic area outside DC always reports late. Remember 2012? Romney was ahead until the very end, but Obama won it after that area reported.
