Context of the conversation we were having. And frankly, he has the right to complain about his taxes for whatever reason he wants. Complaining about taxes is as American as baseball and apple pie.

Okay, since nobody was arguing that he didn’t have a right to complain, why did you bring up ‘rights’?

Edit: Not that this is your fault, but it’s a really irritating habit of poor argument, to suddenly invoke the right to do something as though anyone has argued against it, when they haven’t.

Seriously, dude, I can’t tell for the life of me what your argument is. O’Reilly, an asshole who makes millions and millions of dollars by being an asshole, is bloviating about moving his money to offshore accounts if his taxes go up.

People are criticizing him for this.

So what is your problem, exactly, that leads you to say that criticism of that is equivalent to the tea partiers?
