How is it that some companies will ignore a job applicant for weeks and others will contact you in a matter of days? I just got an email from a recruiter for a company that I applied to over the weekend while a company that I did a follow-up screening for three weeks ago still hasn’t said a word. WTF.

Safe to say you probably didn’t get that job. If they really wanted you, they wouldn’t have dragged their heels so long.
