I’m unaware of any enforcement mechanism, at least one impervious to interference. Else the GOP wouldn’t have started making noises as early as last week of undoing them.

Oh, well, of course it’s not impervious; they have to just vote on a bill and get it past the senate and house.

But that’s a significant challenge. And if he vetoes it, then they need a supermajority in both houses to overcome the veto.
