Be well..I have never..Nor will ever watch hockey..Not once in my life have I ever watched hockey. ( Sure, I’ve seen the USSR vs. USA highlight reel.. Do you believe in miracles? ..Never watched the game ..Never will ) LOL.
When Hockey is on Sportscenter I get to watch the Big Bang Theory or the Food Channel.

Hoops…

I never watched or cared about hockey until Columbus got the Blue Jackets. Went to a few games live at Nationwide Arena and was hooked. I come to realize the guys are great athletes. When you see them going hell bent on those skates and hitting each other with even more force than football players due to speed on skates and planting each other into the glass it gives you an appreciation. Then you consider, like the Jackets this week, they sometimes play 3 games a week and 80 some a year, it just impressed the hell out of me in a “how the hell do they do it” way. I don’t like the fighting, but some die-hard fans explained why it is still around. But I do give them high points for athleticism. They have moved past NFL players in my tough guy ratings.

You do not see any overweight hockey players. And they go and sit in a tub of ice after a game to be able to move the next day! Amazing.

By the way…with a nick’ like Hoosier Hoops, I would imagine you watch some BBall. Notice that Ohio State, Wisconsin and Michigan State are ranked 3, 4, 5 in the AP rankings? Ohio State is good, but I would have never guessed they’d move up this fast. Looks like it is gonna be a great year of college ball.
