Just like the old joke: What do you call someone who graduates from medical (or law) school at the bottom of their class?

Doctor.

There used to be a tradition, might still be for all I know, that the last place graduate in a class at West Point got a collection from the other candidates. No matter, we troops still called them all Sir to their face and Ring Knocker to their back.
