Yeah I’ve lost all my holiday weight gain too. Got myself below 220 again. Goal is 210 neighborhood by the first day of Spring and under 200 by the first day of summer. I haven’t had to make too many goals this week since I haven’t started to apply for work yet.

I’m currently 6’ tall. My goal is to reach 6’4” by June, at which point my 230# will be a good weight.
