If the ratio of those people to the general population were 1 in 3 or 1 in 4, that could be an issue, but I be the ratio is more like 1 in 100 or larger, and so, while annoying, it’s not enough to shut down health care.

its a grasping at straws defense.
‘some people’ may have abused welfare in the past
therefore scrap it entirely, dont consider fixing it
