For you anti-AA people: how do you combat ‘legacy programs’ at colleges that favor past alumni’s kids, etc? There was a great deal of institutionalized AA for White people not so long ago, in the form of nepotism.
Legacy students are a red-herring:

Students should not be discriminated against because of their sex or race, period.
