If Trump was smart he would threaten Congress that if they present him with a bill that dismantles the ACA and throws 20 million people off their insurance, he’ll veto it so fast that their heads will spin. He could say “My predecessor tackled a problem, and while there are many protections Americans need in this law, I want to fix the leaks. I want this law to work for EVERYONE.”

But, like I said, that’s if he’s smart.
