Word of mouth from my daughter, massive job losses in the finance and insurance sectors - eg 500 jobs gone from AMP before Christmas yet there doesn’t seem to be any news about this

Unemployment figures come out when?

The heat wasn’t too bad until about 3 pm when the afternoon sun starts coming through my west facing windows - only have two fortunately. I took my Fathers advice and closed all the windows and doors and drew all the curtains.

The biggest job losses are going to be in the banking/finance/insurance sectors plus with last years school leavers coming on line as well should add to the unemployment figures. The next unemployment figures come out on the 15th.
