I saw that clip when it came out. It’s in line with what I was saying about these people’s inability to compete in a modern world that doesn’t automatically grant them special rights based on skin color, religion or ancestry (and this includes the jihadist and Salafist jerks trying to force the world back into some time in the 8th Century.)

The whites here and Europe who feel that way feel humiliated because we won’t let them kick us around anymore. It’s butthurt on a grand scale, but they too have been at it for generations. So I agree with you, we are going to be seeing a lot more of it until the communities they come from get their act together and quit nurturing their wounded sense of displaced authority.

Is their “wounded sense of displaced authority” just the most logical thing they can think of to explain why they are so scared of the current state of things. I don’t think we can wait until they “get their act together”. Even the most enlightened conservatives move slowly. Somehow we need to get it into their heads that the mythical days of yore are just that and regardless of color or culture, the world is going to keep on changing and changing fast.

Maybe we are going to see more “amish or LDS” type enclaves?

I don’t know, but we aren’t giving up our 2nd amendment rights, so we’d better find a way and find a way fast.
