Oh, I’m sure they have 51 votes if they decide to bull this through. They’ll get murdered in November if they do it; the smart thing would be to withdraw the nomination. I don’t know if they’re that smart, and they have to show the RR that they’re doing their damnedest. There’s no good course for them now. They will probably decide that getting creamed with Kavanaugh on the SC is better than getting creamed without.
