Well, obviously, but the person believed it.
There was also some complicated theory about how the shame of having a son born with a tail contributed to Obama’s father leaving the family.
This might possibly be my favourite crazy Obama conspiracy theory, but the one about him being a reptilian alien (illustrated with some terrible ‘photo analysis’) is close.
So many to mock, so little time…
