France opens enquiry into claims of Arafat poisoning

I remember this topic coming up weeks or months ago here on a thread. How can there be any reliable “chain of evidence” tracing back to Arafat and excluding the possiblility of tampering?

If Arafat had been placed in a sealed morgue somewhere outside Palestine, I might pay attention the results of any inquiry/investigation into the body and causes of death.
