I agree. I always am on the lookout for bikes.

Sadly though, there are still cyclists that do not follow the rules of the road too.

One of my concerns is the rider that rides up from behind a line of stopped traffic and goes almost all the way into the crosswalk by the curb and stops and doesn’t pay attention to someone that wants to make a right hand turn on red. Sometimes you don’t get the clear to make the turn and the light turns green and then they go straight when you have the right to make the turn as the car was at the lane first. The car at the light still has the right to turn, or do I have that wrong?

If the cyclist is going straight, they should be on your left in most circumstances. If you had your signal on or there’s a lane for your turn, certainly.
