I don’t know for sure about that. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh would probably join Alito and Thoams but Roberts as loathesome as he is might be inclined to keep it since it is set law. The conservative judicial bloc doesn’t always vote the same i.e. Roberts on ACA or Kennedy on choice and marriage equality. That said, I obviously would feel much more comfortable with a Justice Garland and another Clinton pick there.

Roberts kind of has this “I want to preserve my legacy and the legacy of an independent court” thing going on that make some of his ruling surprising to me.
