My aunt used to make an incredible dressing that she put on a fresh spinach salad. I magine a kid enthusiastic about eating spinach! Then one day I asked her for the recipie so i could make it for mayeld at home:

Fry up a packet of bacon, save the grease, mix it with equal amounts sugar and mayonnaise, add the crumbled bacon bits.

Serve over fresh spinach.
