Chopper Red Ale.

You must be (I hope) familiar with the Elysium Pub and Brewery on Capitol Hill (and available in many area supermarkets). Their Dragontooth Stout is absolutely fantastic. As well as their Nightowl Seasonal (for Oktoberfest).
