I would, but walking into his office knowing I already have a job feels dishonest and like I’m wasting his time. That’s not fair to him, or to me. I couldn’t do that.

I just need to find a way to say that an offer came in while I was waiting to hear back, and I accepted it because it fit my personal and professional interests.
