I understand what Biden is saying by not seeing Republicans as the enemy, but when they see YOU as the enemy, what choice do you have but to fight back?

Republicans have proved time and again they aren’t rational. I’d even go as far as to say the state of things in Congress is more adversarial now than its ever been before.
