And he served at the county level and the city level. El Paso may not be much, but it’s three times bigger than the biggest city in NM. And a mere tiny suburb of Juarez. Which is of course, in another country, and may not be of any help to Beto, politically, but he co-wrote a book on how to take down the cartels. And look where Chapo is now. Coincidence? Probably.
