My question about “personhood” is: You can’t force anyone to provide blood for a life saving transfusion, or give any other part of their body to save someone else’s life. So, if you have an embryo or fetus who is totally dependent on the mother’s body for their life, why does that fetus have the right to another person’s body that no one else does?
