Soros is admittedly a public figure. The standards for defamation are so much higher. You’d need to show actual malice. D’Souza knows or has reason to know that Soros was too young to be in any role approaching complicity with Nazi atrocities, so it would appear that Soros could bankrupt the convicted felon.
