The hard part might be getting that second 100 people who have to convince 100 other people to take petitions around. But perhaps breaking it down into smaller chunks will solve that.

That’s why I say we need internet coordination. I easily have a hundred people on my email list that would hopefully send it along to everyone on their email list.

(I know I am partially pulling away from your hand-signed idea, but why not enlist every avenue available.)
