Personally, I am convinced beyond argument that the Great Lakes are Inland Seas! The first time I went swimming in Lake Michigan - coming from La Jolla, California (and swimming & surfing most every day) I almost drowned. Also watching a winter storm from the shore… Naw, it is a Sea not a lake!
